Member health assessments

Use Kaleidoscope to record performance of plank, STS-TUG, and step-ups as part of the Crossover member health assessment.

1. Access via Chrome on a laptop

Kaleidoscope works best from Chrome on a laptop (not your smartphone). Download Chrome here if needed.

2. Follow the positioning prompts

To capture high-precision measurements, position your laptop/webcam as shown in the prompts before each activity.

As you get going in Kaleidoscope, make sure to:

1. Log in and start a session.

Log in to Kaleidoscope and click START SESSION from your dashboard.

Select the member for the session from your existing roster or add a new member to the system if needed.

Conducting a member health assessment

Kaleidoscope uses your laptop webcam to record range of motion, joint angle, and more as members perform health assessment activities (plank, STS-TUG, and step-ups).

Here’s how to use Kaleidoscope for member health assessments:

In the Activity Library, select the protocol named MEMBER HEALTH ASSESSMENT.

Click START PROTOCOL.

2. Open the health assessment protocol.

3. Position your laptop and begin.

Place your laptop on a desk or a surface of similar height, far enough away to capture the member’s full body in the camera frame.

Use the pre-exercise prompts to help the member adjust their position as needed.

Watch as Kaleidoscope measures precise joint angle, range of motion, reps, form, and more in real time.

Access session reports and digital twin recordings from your dashboard.
